Simple, Easy to Understand Billing - Pay for What You Use!

Organizations are charged a fixed rate per game tracked by our system. Multiply your rate per game by the number of games scheduled since your last bill and voila - no surprises.

There is no hardware or software to buy or download and we manage all of our own servers as well as daily backups of your data.

Ok, How Much?

PPS Basic (no stats) costs $1.00 per game tracked, while PPS Plus costs $1.50 per game tracked. We bill quarterly based on the last quarter's game totals.

Example: Your league's games from January 1 - March 31 will be billed on April 1

If your billing is less than $50.00 for a given quarter you will be "rounded up" to a $50.00 flat rate for the quarter to cover the cost of hosting your information.

Example: If you only have 3 games in September and don't play again until January, the bill you receive on January 1 will be $50.00.

If you're doing a quick bit of math in your head right now, hopefully you realize our pricing is affordable - to COMPLETELY offset the cost of PPS, most leagues can simply raise registration fees by around one dollar per player. Your players/parents/fans will be happier with all of the information at their fingertips, you'll be happier because you can save the time of having to compile/print/email/post schedules and stats, and most likely your bottom line will be happier due to the increased appeal and marketability of your professional-looking website.
